Charisma Deberry is an award-winning communications executive shaping culture, narrative, and reputation at scale. With a background spanning entertainment, classified communications, social media, and on-air television, she brings a multidimensional lens to storytelling. A published author and trusted strategist, she translates complexity into clarity—driving visibility, influence, and measurable impact for brands and leaders alike.
David is a designer/engineer turned serial entrepreneur. From 2003 until 2008, David owned and operated a number of online publications with millions of subscribers. In 2008 he co-founded UX Booth, which he helped grow into a leading user experience publication. He invested in Python Safety in 2011, where he played a key role on the leadership team until the company was successfully acquired by 3M in 2015.
Currently, David serves as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Black Airplane, a digital product agency built to solve business problems.
John Roescher is co-founder and CEO of Raw Materials, a design company built upon “balancing rigorous, data-driven processes with a sense of romance.” After teaching himself code at a young age, John curated his interest in the internet and technology to found the pioneering digital design firm, Handsome.

Currently leading 2D Design at Tom Ford Beauty, she oversees digital campaigns, product launches, and brand experiences across global markets. Her work blends strategy and systems thinking into creative visions.
Dr. Dawn Carpenter is a multi-award-winning financial ethicist, documentary filmmaker, and podcast host whose work spans ethics, podcasting, and film. She created the award-winning podcast What Does It Profit? and directed, produced, and co-wrote Interwoven, which has won 14 film festival awards. A pioneer in contributive justice theory, she advises the Vatican’s Economy of Francesco. At the Milken Institute, she leads research on financial longevity and how work, capital, and institutions shape human flourishing across longer lives.

Reece Quiñones is an award-winning executive creative director, film producer, and design educator whose career bridges the worlds of visual storytelling, strategy, and purpose-driven communication. As Executive Vice President and Executive Creative Director at The Hatcher Group, a national marketing, communications, and design firm based in Bethesda, Maryland, she leads multidisciplinary teams in developing integrated campaigns, brand identities, and digital experiences that inform, inspire, and drive impact for public-sector and nonprofit clients.
With more than 25 years of experience, she has guided creative strategy for national campaigns with clients such as the FBI, NOAA Corps, CDC, USDA, and Maryland 529.
