They turned to German agency Die Botschaft (that’s German for “the message”) to highlight the heart of ERGO’s operations: their team. Using the theme of individual notes coming together to make a symphony, Die Botschaft gave the conglomerate a human face by filming real ERGO employees in and out of the workplace.
