In 2020, Samena Swim & Recreation Club dreamed up a 2-day virtual festival that featured musicians, artists, crafts, food, film, games and many other performances from around the country. CRE8NW had over 9000 total views, a reach of just under 22,000 and over 200 hours of recorded view time. The team won many awards including two 2022 Gold Davey Awards: Virtual & Remote Experiences – Public Service & Activism and Virtual & Remote Experiences – Live Stream, as well as a 2022 Silver Davey Award: Virtual & Remote Features – Brand or Partner Experience.
